Huma’s Leaning Temple
Huma is about 23 kms from Sambalpur and 350 Kms from Bhubaneshwar. This leaning temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The surprising thing here is that, the main temple tiles to one direction and other small temples tilted to some other direction. Apart from this the interiors of temples including its boundaries are also tilted. This angle of inclination is same from last 40/50 years according to villagers and priests.
People visit Huma out of curiosity to see the different kind of fish especially Kudo fishes in the river.
Every year in March on the occasion of Shivratri a great fair takes place at the foothill. People participate and enjoy this fair a lot.
