Toshali Sands

Utkal Sammilani - Political association formed in Dec. 1903 by the people of different parts of Orissa under the leadership of Madhusudan Das. It played a great role in establishing unity among the Oriya people and worked consistently with vigour till 1920 for the creation of a separate state of Orissa - called Utkal Union Conforence.
