When you are on your toes out from home and if your tummy does not co-operate with you the total tour becomes a burden which wishes of a pleasure. Few tips may help you to make your trip lively, comfortable, and morable.
1. Stomatch Disorder
Stomtach disorver during a tour is a common complaint of many a people because of change of place, foods, climate, exhaustion, irregularly or so on or so forth.
2. Appetite Disorder
Loss of appetite is a common complaint during tour. This may be due to irregular timing and changed tour habits. It is always better not to fill the belly full. Avoid taking spicy and hot stuffs. The best thing is to consume more of fruits, liquids or dry foods.
3. Vomiting
This is a common finding in people who have motion sickness. Such people should prefer to take food at least two hours before starting a journey. Take plenty of liquid even vomiting occurs. It requires some medicines may be taken half an hour prior to journey to stop vomiting on the way.
4. Loose Motion
This again may be due to unhygienic foodstuff, bacterial infection that may be the form of dysentery (either ambic or bacillary). It is better to avoid unhygenic food or drink people who have history of amoebiasis should take some drugs. So that the exposure to bacteria through food and drink does not result in dysentery.
5. Constipation
Constipation may bother some people during tour. This is again is attributed to irregular food habits, less intake to fluid and change life style during the trip. However plenty of liquid roughages can be recommended to over come this problem.
6. Jaundice
Jaundice is another form of symptoms, which may be noticed during a trip. Most commonly this is due to a viral infection through food or drink and which affect the liver. Fat restricted diet, plenty of sugar in the food or drink may give sufficient strength to the live to protect itself from the virus.
Your tummy reacts to any kind of stress making you aware that stress not only affects the mind but also the tummy. So next time you come our for a tour, try to make your journey as stress free as possible. So that your tummy does not rumble to give you the best out of the journey.
