1. Kindly maintain silence. Do not take any tape recorders or transistors which may frighten away the wild animals and disturb the calm atmosphere of the forest.
2. Do not litter waste inside the Sanctuary and avoid use of plastic bottles and plastic bags.
3. Treat the animals with respect, do not tease or irritate them
4. Always go to the forest accompanied by a guide.
5. Keep a reasonable distance from all animals and do not frighten them with any kind of light or fire.
6. Do not damage the trees or flowers.
7. Do not get Out of the vehicle while watching the wildlife or when in close proximity of the wildlife without the permission of the guide.
8. Do not forget to carry a pair of binoculars, a zoom lens camera and a pair of sunglasses.

How to go Bhit arkanika can be approached only through waterways. The most convenient entry point is Chandbali (60 kms from Bhadrak and 190 kms from Bhubaneswar). Rajnagar (30 kms from Knedrapara ans 130 kms from Bhubaneswar) Gupti (25kms from Rajnagar)
