Mottu, a treasure of scenic attraction is situated 150 feet above sea level and 160 kms far from Koraput. The confluence of three river Sileru, Sabari & Godavari, garnished with lush green forests, bilaxed a trail and unveiled its prominence with the tourists throng into this site. The river Kolab flowing from Padua changed its name on its way from Gupteswar and jined with river Godavari near Mottu. On the other hand river Machhakunda changing its name before Kondakambreu joined with Godavari at the same spot. Thus Mott, the spot in between the triangle of two river has its own scenic charm. This spot is also cherished as a association of the borders of three states Orissa, Andharapradesh and Chttishgarh. The place is also availed with ferry system for the nearby people which can be used by the tourists as boating.
