Crispy Vegetable Corn Triangles

Ingredients
Potato - 200 gm
Paneer - 40 gm
Whole corn - 50 gm
Sliced Bread - 6 pieces
Red Chilly - 3 pieces
Ginger - 1 Small Piece
Garlic - 10 Cloves
Salt, Pepper and Monosodium
Glutamate (Ajinomoto) - To taste
Sesame Seed - 20 gm
Oil - for Deep Frying
Mix together boiled potatoes, grated paneer, chopped red chilly, green chilly, garlic, ginger, and whole corn seasoned with salt, monosodium glutamate (ajinimoto) and pepper. Take this mixture and spread it on the sliced bread. Add little sesame seed on top. Heat oil for deep-frying. Fry the sliced bread until it becomes golden brown. Remove from fire and serve with hot garlic sauce.
