In the Month of “Shravana” thousands of Devotees march toward Lord Shiva’s destination to offer water. They pick the holy water from the River and cover miles to reach their Lord. In this part of the world Devotees irrespective of Gender and Age rush to the famous Shiva Shrines line “Loknath” of Puri, “Lingaraj” of Bhubaneswar and “Chandrasekhar” of Kapilesh, Dhenkanal. They start their journey generally on Friday and complete the worship by Monday morning.
