Avalokitesvara . A Bodhisattva, offspring of Dhyani Buddha Amitava and his sakti Pandora- also known as Padmapani Buddha. Image of Avalokitesvara is seen in Khadiapada of Balasore district and that of Padmapani in Mahanga of Cuttack district.
