Built in the ethnic heritage style, the bedroom and the living rooms are fully air conditioned while the use of local late rite stones keeps the verandahs and courtyards cool. Teak has been carved out perfectly to provide an aesthetic appeal to the doors while the arm chairs of the verandah are made up of the canes brought all the way from Assam. These well spacious villas have organic plants, shrubs, green herbs, fruit laden trees of black berries, mango, guava and coconut and the palms all around them guarding your privacy. The traditional Indian tantric concept has been used in laying the tiles of the outer villas which has the unique style of a square within the square.

The executive Villas are 4 in number. The neatly decorated and spacious bedrooms and the living rooms of these villas have a lavish verandah spread over a 150 sq feet of carpet area. It is connected with the bedrooms with a climb of 2/3 stairs. The executive villas boast their private lush green lawns spread over 160 sq ft area. These villas are also designed with the ethnic heritage style. The fragrance of organic flowers, coconut trees, palms and different shrubs and herbal plants surround the villas and keep they away from the peeping eyes of the world.

The cottages are 42 in number. They have green gardens and exquisite plantation surrounding them. Their architecture is influence by the concepts of the Orissan temples built in the period of 1100 B.C. The interiors have been intelligently designed to match it with the ancient architecture. The inside of these cottages have all the lavishness of the 21st century which presents a splendid experience before the guests. Mangalore tiles have been used in the canopy of the cottages.
