Abhyangam
In this treatment, specific body massage is given with two types of herbal oil from head to toe for 45 minutes in reverse direction of heart.

Sarbangadhara ( Pizhichil)

Pinda swedana ( Kizhi)
Inducing local or generalized perspiration by means of medicated puddings is known as Pinda swedana. It is a process of fomentation which includes snehana & swedana simultaneously. It is generally 3 types according to the ingradiants.
1. Sali Sasthika Pinda swedana ( Navarakizhi).
2. Patra Pinda Swedana ( Podikizhi).
3. Churna Pinda swedana (Elakizhi).

Karnapooranam

Vamana ( Bio-purificatory Therapeutic Emesis)
Expulsion of aggravated or vitiated toxic material ( Dosas) through the mouth is termed as Vamana Karma.
